ConsultUS has a traditional top-down business model in which conceptual and directive responsibility falls to the managing director, the financial portfolio is handled by the financial director and other aspects such as marketing, trade, sponsorships, social, registration, abstract management is delegated to dedicated project managers.  Accredited, professional subcontractors are employed for services that fall out of the company’s scope.
